This elegant spring wedding at Chandelier Farms was one of the most breathtaking celebrations I’ve ever had the honor of photographing! Anna-Layne and Payne’s love story came to life on a picture-perfect spring day, surrounded by family, friends, and the timeless charm of this beloved Texas venue. With their elegant, timeless, and classic theme, every detail felt intentional, joyful, and beautifully connected to their story of faith and love.

A Love Rooted in Faith

From the very start, Anna-Layne and Payne knew their ceremony at Chandelier Farms would be centered on their shared faith in Jesus Christ. The vows they exchanged weren’t just promises to one another, but a reflection of the biblical meaning of marriage and the covenant they were entering before God. One of the most moving parts of the day came during the ceremony. The pastor invited the entire wedding party and family to gather around the couple in prayer. As loved ones placed their hands on Anna-Layne and Payne, the rest of the guests were encouraged to extend their arms as a blessing. The sight of an entire chapel praying over the newlyweds was powerful. It was such a beautiful reflection of their values and community!

Bridesmaids in Elegant Pastel Perfection

Anna-Layne was surrounded by fifteen bridesmaids, each one wearing a gown in a different pastel shade. Some wore florals, while others wore solid colors, creating a mix that was both stylish and harmonious. While every dress stood beautifully on its own, together the bridal party looked like they had stepped straight out of a high-fashion editorial. It was stunning to photograph. I love how it reflected the strong friendships and support system Anna-Layne has built over the years.

Elegant Spring Wedding at Chandelier Farms

Chandelier Farms is one of those rare venues that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Its open-air white chapel provided an ethereal backdrop, with white pews, antique doors, and columns that gave the moment a one-of-a-kind feel. On this spring afternoon, soft light poured through the chapel sides. A steady breeze added just the right amount of movement to veils and florals alike. When the chapel doors opened and Anna-Layne stepped into view, Payne’s eyes immediately filled with tears. The way he looked at her as she walked toward him was unforgettable.

As a wedding photographer, I love this venue because it’s so bright and full of natural light. The open fields, the all-white barn, and the faux fireplace inside all make for endless photo opportunities. My personal favorite backdrop of the day was the large windows at the back of the venue—something Anna-Layne specifically requested for her portraits. Paired with her long, dreamy veil, the images we created there are some of my absolute favorites from their gallery.

A Reception Filled with Elegant Details

Inside the barn, elegance reigned. The Grand Poppy brought the couple’s floral vision to life with arrangements in pastel pinks, greens, and blues. A lush mantel installation framed the sweetheart table, while centerpieces filled the room with fresh color and texture. Combined with the light-filled space and white interiors, the entire reception felt like stepping into a romantic spring dream.

The first dance was tender and sweet, with Anna-Layne resting her head on Payne’s shoulder, smiling as they swayed together. But as soon as the dance floor opened, the energy shifted completely. From that moment on, it was an all-out celebration! Guests of every age packed the dance floor, singing, dancing, and creating memories the couple will cherish forever.

Aggie Traditions and a Grand Exit

Since Anna-Layne and Payne met as college neighbors at Texas A&M, it was no surprise that so many of their friends were fellow Aggies. Toward the end of the night, the entire group came together to sing the Aggie fight song. It was one of those unforgettable traditions that filled the room with pride and energy. And of course, the reception ended with a magical exit—streamer wands with twinkle lights waved in the night sky. The effect was pure magic, creating the dreamiest send-off for the new Mr. and Mrs.
